Forgiveness doesn't mean to like the person who has wronged you or understand why the person wronged you.

Forgiveness means I release you....and I RELEASE myself from whatever hurt has been caused.I THINK SOMETIMES people have the wrong notion of FORGIVENESS and say stuff like.....''It's o.k...don't do it again.''

It's not O.K...IT'S never O.K.
Forgiveness is not saying it's O.K.......IT'S SAYING IT'S OVER.I release whatever hurt has been caused and I TRY TO LET GO OF IT.

Lastly,I don't think forgiveness is like turning on a light switch on and off.
It's a process......and it takes time.
