online I look for emotion as I feel most, no not all, but most women operate from a base of emotion.. hoever I am not crazy about those who lash out unkindly, but even them I can tolerate. the emotion is not the bad part and indeed the most excellent part, its just the presentation of those emotions that either makes me stroke someone off or on the list of people I would care to know.
thats a dcotor philism ... which is based on people using emotion to gain something, emotional blackmail, to get their way, or influence a disagreement. That is indeed why people do what I speak of inthe OP. Waqlking into threads and going off half cocked. There is usually some transference of emotion, their own fear of something or past history that creates a fear and they become locked in emotion, unable to get past the pain.
What I am saying is to embrace your pain for personal gain. This is not about anyone else, it is solely about you, one person whoever you are. It is your pain. Be curious about your fear, about your pain, embrace it... in short 'the antogonist' you see is not your enemy but your friend, a teacher.

well put ddreamcatcher, but I have to wonder if as you say you indulged it too long ... then wouldnt too long be as long as you were meant to, even wanted if I may be so bold? dont get me wrong, being aware of it subsiding is a good thing but you cant deny what was being anything wrong, it was what it was?

I know it sounds strange, but let me put it this way ... I know people who have had PTSD , post traumatic stress disorder , who have made great strides in overcoming the panic attacks, anxiety attacks by simple indulging the attack when it comes, sounding even weirder but actaully befriending the attack, the feelings.
