Looks, we have all been brought up with, must be good. Pretty people get further than ugly ones, the same with drive and determination. U have to want something very badly before u can make the effort to get it to happen.

I had a very bad marriage to a British subject, barely lasting 7 years, and yes his family as well, in the process.
I don't want it repeated, so I have been single since 1992, and a very good mother and breadwinner for my kids and animals, as the ex just stole half of my money, possessions and cars, as we were married in community of property, more than he ever deserved, and never have given anything to either of us, and still not now that his back in the UK, earning a decent salary, at last, as SA people r valued because of our discipline throughout the world.
So, I believe I'm right in how I approach life in general, and men in particular.
Yes, we had some bond, which is not impossible for me, but generally the other party does not feel it. I can thus feel his emotions and feelings. Yes as long as ur happy. My study, where I work, is the smallest room in the house, but as long as the kids and animals r happy, I ask for nothing more, maybe a bit of re-hashing of it later, when I get more settled in it.

I have lived on a farm, a street from the beach, etch. I am more happy now than ever before, as I have my kids with me and we're making it a home, as none want to ever move again, as we've lived everywhere.
I live in a lovely old house, with wooden floors, and some added modern areas. I have a large yard in the front and back, with adequate security measures.
I'm happy.

I have just had a virtual relationship with a guy with a very low self esteem.
I felt very sorry for him, as he is fat, and is trying to make up for it, by at first make belief that he is perfect, which of course he's not. He's a very nice person, but his low self esteem makes him very defensive. U r treading on eggshells for 8 months. I tried, but it did not work out.
I wish people would realize that getting thin is a minor, as long as the personality is there, and he has plenty of that.

I have a natural olive skin. I used to do swimming competitively. I was exposed to the sun an chlorine daily. I stopped in matric and have been avoiding the son ever since. The sun is very dangerous now. Stay out of it. No sunbeds either, they r even much worse. Please listen. U form cancerous moles from too much exposure to the sun, the way it is now.
We have the same problems with drs here, except here as opposed to the US, people don't just go to the law for everything that bugs them, here u stand on ur own feet, but not often u have something really drastic happen.
If u don't get the results u want, go see another dr and another, till ur happy with the results.
