I am sitting here enjoying the threads and enjoying my Russell Stover sugar free chocolate covered coconut candy. And whist I have gotten accustomed to this quality of chocolate, I realize how much I miss the great chocolate that I encountered while living in Europe..
Hersey's is considered "The Great American Chocolate Bar"...tastes like GA clay to me.
I am aware that there are those that feel they are the final authority on all matters. I respect that! However, when a person makes a statement or comment to a thread, even if you don't like it, do they care? Stating an opinion, is simply that, stating an opinion. Not trying to change anyone's mind, but willing to read your opinion. Then we move on.
The purpose of the threads is to help people learn about possible relationships. They help people get to know the real people and what is inside them. To argue over differences does nothing. Name calling and insults are juvenile.
IF I were looking for a relationship, I would want to know what their political and religious views are. I would want to know their strengths and weaknesses, But would not try to change the way they think. That is childish.
Can't we just respect that others disagree with us and accept that then move on?
I am a single man that lives alone. I leave the seat up because I want to! Sometimes, as I am passing the bathroom, I check to make sure the seat is up! Why, you ask? Because it is MY apt and I am able to rebel against all those years of being polite.
If you visit me, do as you wish with the toilet seat...when you leave, the ld is going up.
I consider someone living in the next county, a long distance relationship. I don't do long distance relationships! IF I were looking for a relationship, it would be because I want someone with me, by me, of me. Someone in another country would never happen for me (unless it is Angelina Jolie). There is an exception to every rule.
I had all my vaccinations when I grew up..it was mandatory. My children were vaccinated when they went to school and when they traveled abroad..it was mandatory. No one died! I would support mandatory vaccinations today. Your right to choose, does not invalidate my childs right to safety.
I am happy to go with the flow and enjoy the new. The very last thing I want is a return to the "good ole days". Moving forward is always a good thing.
I may not comprehend all the new technology, but there is always help if you seek it out.
I believe one must have standards...but always keep an open mind. Not one of my relationships have fit the criteria of what I would like ideally. I am not generally attracted to blondes..however, I met a blonde and had a f year relationship with her.
I can see why some would want a restrictive profile, though. If you don't like skinny women, why have them contact you? If you don't like men with facial hair...restrict them from contacting you. However...keep an open mind.
RE: Eat It
