Well I wouldn't normally say that much about myself but given I started the thread I felt I should answer. What do u mean by 'Good enough for Government work?'
I can only know what went on under our roof growing up. But typically I find the Mother rules the roost. The Father was the bread winner. Mothers were the disciplinarians and the fathers were the ones u went to when the mothers said no to some request that u asked.
However I'm sure there were plenty of other types of upbringings in Ireland...but this is one I know of.
Now for my question for you if I may.
You have said time and again u are socially awkward in your answers to others. How are u socially awkward. Have u always been this way and does it stem from your own upbringing?
I'm not nosey but curious to know more about people. U have the right to say No.
Well maybe Maya shared as much as she was willing to share. I know for one I don't tell all and everything about a situation but enough to get my point across and maybe she felt she has done the same.
I can only speak for myself I grew up in a big family and if u didn't speak up for yourself then u simply were not heard. That plus a strict Irish Mother whose own strength she passed on to all her daughters. And a Hero of a Father who taught us girls what to put up with and what not to put up with. He didn't raise any Princesses and we all had to work with him.
So a mixture of all this made me the outspoken person I am. Plus I have to say I'm not entirely the person I portray on here. Those who know me know the real me. And if I ever meet anyone on here will find out the real me too.
Well I'm neither anti nor pro Trump as I'm not American. I'm just Anti corrupt politics and religion. But we won't get into that here given its the festive season.

But I do know we all have them. Intelligence isn't just attained through reading. It's also by being aware of oneself...the world. Being aware of others. Being kind. Being compassionate. Being the best u can be.
Not just through reading. I must admit I do like Lou and Jac from my interactions with them they have been nice to me. As have u.
Be you.....and no one else. I would love to learn more languages myself...it's on my bucket list.

Either you show me what u have to offer or get the heck away from me. As I always prove what I have to offer.
Dislike cheap talk..like flattery and compliments and over flirty behaviour when in a relationship. Prove to me u are the man u say u are or I'll show u the door.
I'm sure it's probably frustrating at times yes. I don't know ur circumstances but ur doing a great thing looking after the one person who probably looked after you the most...again I don't know ur circumstance so can only assume
