Sometimes I think something is funny and want to connect in a way to the person posting or the people in that thread so I will use laughter. Everyone of us is different.
Well in reality there is no ideal that's the problem everyone is trying to find the perfect person for them but there are no perfect humans. The "best" match for me is someone as goofy yet with depth as I have. Who really wants to question things, doesn't like to be catagorized cares for others and is all man baby lol.
Hmmm the idea of a new mind sport called extreme attention getting by putting down whole groups of peeps comes to mind. Hey someone would win the gold. Whoo hoo here we are for another round of yet another saga in "As the Ah*** Churns" right here on this thread lol.
Hopefully by the time a couple marries they are aware of what the person is like. Marriages often fail for many reasons it's too complicated to pin it on just one thing. Lack of communication, the people aren't healthy in themselves and are expecting their partner to be everything to them, financial problems, infidelity, lack of common values. In general our society makes a mockery of marriage. Oh look at them there he/she goes with the old ball and chain. Just my opinion of course but I had to do some soul searching when my marriage to a very lovely man ended and what I figured out about myself wasn't pretty.
Hey Ken when did you pop back on here lol. You are missed lol. Good thread Owen. I don't have much to add these days but death no matter how it comes around is painful. I would prefer my loved ones don't suffer that passing from this existence to another is as seamless as possible. Sorry that you had to watch your mother be in pain Owen.
Yes I always thought it was a goofy concept until I let go of my Christianity a couple of years ago and opened up to other possibilities. Plus I had an experience that convinced me that it is possible at least.
I am okay just exhausted am on day 10 of 12 days in a row for work. Yipeee lol. Just good to see all of your faces. As for the advice. Go meet him if you say looks aren't important and there is chemistry there. Why not? Life is pretty short. Just an idea.

I don't dislike any country but there are factions of people within certain lands that I am not fond of. Extremists of any kind including the Taliban are not high on my list.
I love my country so you that don't like us go ahead just don't come visit because you might actually lose that feeling lol. Imagine that there are precious being in every place.
Hi Bodhi. Smith was in office quite a while if I remember right. Oh well I don't delve into politics much but want my home state to be rightly represented from different angles. So how's the weather out there?
That surprises me but he hasn't been on the job long enough for anyone to judge, and I am a fifth generation Oregonian my family were on the last wagon trains rolling into the Willamette Valley and the signing of the statehood. Most Oregonians are Liberals I am an Independent but that's me lol. Give him a chance not one person can undo the mess things are in.
