i often think, if we could keep threads a little lighter, personal arguments, would never start in the first place.have always thought that for example family and law matters are better kept off these threads
i agree, it depends on the situation.i laugh when certain people say they have never told a lie,we have all lied at some time and often for good reason
dont think its a good idea, when you finish something, that should be that, its not as if it is a ex husband or wife and its best to try to be friends because of children
true, solicitors only care about money, but at the end of the day,we are not legal experts and there are times wether we like it or not, when we need their help, think many people answering this thread, didnt realise the thread starter was talking about a grown up son,who is able to make up his own mind,i thought the man was referring to a child
i agree with ex rebel. also,i also think that discussing personal matters on the forum can often end up with others having fallings out and some people giving crazy advice,i was suprised last week when a person on the forums was discussing their ex wife and son, dont think thats a good idea for obvious reasons.nice reply from the woman above, good if we can agree to disagree
i would think u r better off discussing these probs with a solicitor.people get emotional and upset, thinking about their own lives, which then often causes arguments between others.laws can be unfair which is why u need to get the right advice
