Many of my friends on Facebook are people my children went to school with...it is nice to watch them enter their careers and find love and see pictures of their children..
I look at it as a personal decision....We each do what we think is the right thing for us...I would never shame someone for not getting it...nor, should they shame me for getting it....
I work in the real world...Since, the mask mandate is no longer in effect in my county, I have people without masks coughing in my face....without (what we are taught as children) to cover their mouth with the inside of their arm..so, I am protecting myself.
Physical pain...when a kidney stone...more painful than childbirth.
Emotionally, having to tell my husband that it was alright to stop the second-line chemo...and, that our family and I would be alright...Probably, one of the few times, I lied to him...
My best friend had to put her dog to sleep a few weeks ago....Her husband is taking it very hard...he lost his twin sister 8 years ago...and he says that was easier than losing Louie.
