when my brother was cleaning out a tractor fire by burning it with petrol and the petrol can caught fire, right beside the diesel tank- we ran for our lives, but luckily neither exploded!
i have been with too many people while they died to be able to just 'sit there'. regardless of what they have done, i would want to talk to them, hold their hand and comfort them- they are already paying the ultimate price for what they have done. If I could d that then Yes, if not, No, if that makes any sense!!
the waiter took the $5 so they had in effect only paid $25. he kept $2, which made it 27, and they each got 1 back(3) which makes it 30- it's just that you are calculating it backwards instead of forwards
also- driving the long distance in the car, to the far from exotic holiday destinations we went to- he would teach us songs, games, and say stuff like..'what?? NONE of you saw that sign that said..'fish and chips 14 miles'?? just to keep us all quiet for another few minutes! always trying to educate us, in a nice way, like making us ask fr things at the dinner table in french, or making us describe something while sitting on our hands- like a spiral staircase-- try it, it's not easy LOL. my dad was not a 'huggy kissy' type of guy, and I don't ever remember hime saying ' I love you' to us, but thank you for making me remember those things and realise that, inside , he truly did love us
I think he is actually cnsidered a citizen. all my kids have US pasports and SS numbers- the secnd 2 were not born in the US, but their Dad is a US citizen. Does he have a US passport- if not apply for one now! hope you get some justice
RE: have you ever thought " this is it " and had to 'RUN FOR YOUR LIFE' ? tell us the story !
