this is what i love about CS- most if it is like 'Seinfield'= ie. muchado about nothing (pardon the pun reference ) and I love that but sometimes, an intellectual reference comes along.I agree- CS takes in all the values and implications of drama and relates them to real life. interesting analogy FF!!
aw- that is lovely- do still talk to him about how you feel, and let him know you feel 'neglected' when he doens't contact you as much as you would like- give him the chance to explain himself, and maybe it will reassure you that he isn't comfortable with a higher level of communication than he gives, but that he really loves you-he wants to marry you, he must adore you. i love your letter to him
yeah!! they have done face transplants( not that you need one- look good to me!) but haven't read any research on personality transplants yet!! trust me, if they had them, i may still be married!!
Wow, i agree with kissmedeeply- you are not the one with the problem- that 'woman' is!! i think yu had a lucky escape( though not the fact that she hurt your feelings)- someone who would say that to another person, even if (and you're def not!) the ugliest person in the world, has a deep probl;em, and should be steered well clear of. don't let it get you down, there are a lot of lovely people out there- hope your next attempt, you meet one of them
sounds like we need to plan the biggest CS meet ever!!!multinational one! I'd love to meet some of the folk off here- many of the girls too( not like that )- i reckon we'd get on like house on fire!!
been there, done that etc, but i think i knew even then, that it wasn't the 'right man'.... more fool me eh? would i do it again?- i honestly can't say.. if i did, it would only be because i really knew this time, that it was someone who shared many ideals with me- not, every one, as i don't think that's possible in real life. it would be purely for 'us' anyway- small, intimate, and possibly no-one would even know, except us. isn't that what it should be about , rather than a big party for the family?
RE: William Shakespeare .As you like it.
