June 16 - Public Holiday - Youth Day RSA.

I'm sure you guys don't give a hoot but here goes any way.

A historic day in my country - South Africa.

June 16 - 1976 was when Black school children started the revolution against the White Apartheid Government. A young boy - Hector Peterson was the first child to be shot and killed.

This day is now a reconcilliatory public holiday.
