That's how intelligent person approaches it.

First recognition, then dealing with the emotion/feeling in a mature positive manner,

and then moving on with ones' lives (preferably as a couple).

Kudos.


It's not this natural human emotion per se,

but denial that can lead to accumulation of negative feelings, then it becomes dangerous in terms of assaultive behavior.

BTW, do you need a unit to know whether you (or people close to you) are sad, or angry, or happy, etc.? If you truly feel that you do, then consider this: if someone is having emotion without the corresponding behavior, then you may consider the degree of their emotion not to be all that essential.


But it's not the case with people we are talking about here...
