Do you know what's the essence of the meaning of Mother's Day (or Father's Day)? The message of love and appreciation.

Let me rephrase my previous post:
there is nothing ludicrous in expressing acknowledgment of respect, admiration and gratitude to Womanhood and Motherhood

That's what this thread was meant to be -

a wonderful tribute to Womanhood and Motherhood.

I am surprised by the antagonism it have met here, on a dating site out of all places. (from some men, not all, to be fair).

I have two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, and we teach these two young men to look out for every girl as if she were their baby sister whom they both adore. It's all in upbringing.
