RE: making connections

Laura25: Yep, that's about it.

Since joining cs I was wondering why is that so?

I also found out that many CSers are lurking in forums but don't post

just not interested in participating.

But some of them make their judgements based on what they read here.

So true what?

That I was wondering why is that so ever since I've joined? laugh

RE: helping the women

I am grin

RE: helping the women

Leave the man alone, Arabella,

it's just his anxiety talking - being a single parent to a few young women, he wishes "it" would be up to a next of kin male...

RE: how it feels to wait for someone....

What are you waiting for?

If you both are longing to be together, what stops you from enjoying what you two have?

It should feel good -

knowing that you found that special person.

And knowing that it's mutual -

priceless.

wave Hey there teddybear

RE: Sushi

daydream love it!

Have to be very particular about the place, though.

Here in midtown, I know only couple of places I would trust with sushi ...

thumbs up Onigashima's one of them - love this place. Having lunch there 2-3 times/week.

Don't know what it means but like how it sounds - all what matters, hence 'thank you' for a compliment (? . confused ) cool

RE: Is that normal????

No, it's not normal. One angry blog this morning should've brought lots of feedback.

My guess - it's either not angry enough or ppl just don't read blogs. Thread it.

You'll get what you seek. wine

RE: Is communication important?

Pat, not many of us majored in a "Communication".

A short term distance & silence is a very efficient way to cool down and then approach the "issue" not your partner. Works best for me too.

In fact, it's the only way for fiery-tempered. Methinks. wine

P.S. On a second thought.... laugh how short is the term? confused

RE: Is communication important?

Oh, Pat, it is always the best to engage the brain before accelerating the mouth - that is what communication is all about vs just letting the steam out.

(Constant) dumping one's negative emotions on one's partner as big of a culprit as a lack of communication.

Inevitably leads to failure.

RE: Is communication important?

Hi Vinny wave

It was the best vacation I had in years thumbs up

Thanks grin bouquet

RE: Is communication important?

Shutting down communication when things go wrong = shutting down the relationship itself.
