It's not that they are attracted to "bad people", they either use bad judgment jumping head first into a dead-end relationship or like I said before (which is more likely) selfishness and ego of one or both eventually overwrites everything else in this relationship.
I can't say it was again and again in my case - I was married and divorced once, but do know it happens.
You have answered your own question in a thread title, BTW.
Bad choices it is.
* The most common culprit, in my opinion, is selfishness;
* Getting involved with someone being uncertain about them but hoping things will work out with time;
* Falling madly in love fast and blindly (well, it's always blindly... haha), and falling out of love with the same speed.
"hooked up to another cheating man"?
Didn't happen, thank god, but you can't just say "another cheating man" - when people fell out of love with his/her spouse, their commitment to their marriage is what is most likely keeping them with their spouse, but life goes on and being still alive they naturally develop other romantic interests. Cheating? Yes. Wrong? Not always.
You don't automatically trust profiles with or without photo. You have to talk to ppl to get the idea of whom you are dealing with.
Profiles without pictures are no different from those with pictures. There are many reasons ppl won't post their photos, but there is no reason I can think of for not sharing photos with you when you are already communicating.
Hahaha... Happy for you Jon and envy you too... lol... When I saw you matching the poor girl with ppl triple her age, I just knew it must be that!!!!!!
I saw the thread and the argument yesterday night - it was pretty ugly and a lot of it was uncalled for.
Since I didn't participate in some threads which were discussed, I didn't have much to say on the subject. Besides, it had deeper roots that met the eye. New ppl were manipulated into this fight for sure.
But from my CS experience, I never saw you being unreasonable.
Sharp, stingy, funny and down to the point - yes, unreasonable - no.
RE: judging the book by its cover
Amazing talent.But I don't think the "cover" is not good.
"Never been kissed"?
Sad indeed, but I honestly don't see how her appearance would be a reason for it.
