Okay, so I going to have to write on my own Thread ... about My Privat Club.

I would like ... a huge big rambling building, olde worlde style, thick plush carpets so no noisy footsteps, everyone can creep around without making any noise. Big deep comfortable chairs, lots of waiters, lots of chefs, food served on trolleys at said chairs, lots of good magazines and books for reading, indoor heated swimming pool for winter-time, and a huge "infinity" pool outdoors for summer, a fully equiped gym with personal trainers.
Serene landscaped gardens with lounging chairs all over the place.

The aim of this club?... well its just for lazy people looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax .... to get away from kids and family......

Qualifications for membership?... if you own kids and a family.

As I said ... I am a very cynical person, probably cause of the type of criminal sort of people who get attracted to me....? I used to be gullible and believe these words .... but found they like paper... they cant stand being washed ... they fall apart at the first drops of water type of thing....

So, I now go for Definite Facts of Behaviour .... words are too easily spoken.

Yes, .... and I have these recurring nightmares of being behind bars, and no-one knows where I am..!
I amaze myself too that I`m still alive, and so very healthy!..... It must be my peasant ancestry .... they say Peasants are Strong Stock. Oh and of course ... having been bred and born in SA, we all got a "little bit of this, and a little bit of that" in our blood lines .... so we got a vast variety of bits of all you europeans.... We definitely not "in-bred" weaklings ....
And considering the types of people who emmigrated to SA in the last centuries... they were all "escapees from establishments" types... very hardy pioneering rebels....
Except ... now we all doing the reverse ... and re-tracing the ancestors steps .... back to europe!

Okay, so we got this Tomato Club, manned by a Male and a Female Tomato.

NOW.... you see what you all gone and done? I had to trace up this thread ... Cause Rusty Old Crusty the KNight has begun a New Thread entitled "My Private Club" ...... just to escape all the tomatoes. (hey does tomato have an e on the end?... I getting confused)

"All means" means Financial Means........

But do read Rusty`s club thread..... I am wondering why he gets the idea I can do stand up comedy? ... but I just love his waitress and barman!....

When you get to my Great Advanced Age ... you learn that the words "I love you" actually dont mean anything at all..... Its in the Attitude, the Facial Expressions, the Empathy, the Body Language, and Other Words that are Spoken.

The I Love You thing is a cliche that has been abused......and used to manipulate people ... Sorry, I very cynical about Life... but thats what happens when you as worldly wise as I am....

Except when little children say those words, they still mean what they say.

RE: typographical errors.........

I think here on this Forum we have gotten used to each others ways of writing..? and so small spelling mistakes now and again, or sometimes huge ones very often, are generally overlooked, as we figure out what the person is trying to say.

Of course, there are those who seem to deliberately use typos .... and then they get told in no uncertain terms that they are irritating.

But, as we all come from different nationalities and mother tongues, we do seem quite tolerant of errors.....?

What I was meaning is, sometimes I get this uncomfortable sort of feeling around some folk, and then I sit still and concentrate on it, and the feeling I get is that I am "in the way", and that is something I never want to be... so I remove myself from the scene. Most times I am correct.... and if I am not, then those folk would come looking for me and question my departure. I strive for peace in life, and the very last thing I want in My life is to be a source of irritation to anyone.

Yeah... the more one practices it, the better it becomes. It is very useful for knowing when you making a nuisance of yourself.... you just get this feeling about it ... and its always correct.

I always used to think that the term "Babes" sounded SO Nice .... a good friend of mine and her man called each other this .... and they were the Perfect Couple, the type that everyone envies .... good looks, good business, good cars, good health, very popular, etc etc. everyone wanted to be like them ........

And I just heard that they bust up .... a selfish nasty type bust-up, where he took back every single little thing he had ever given her, plus keeping stuff of her own, and she is now almost derelict and depending on charity to survive ... after 16 yrs of them working together building up "their future"....

Now... the term "babes" makes me feel ill. Actually, the endearment sounds are usually, I find, a sort of cover-up for something... I seen it quite often in life. Maybe just a simple shortening of a name, with a "y" added on, like you do with a little kid, is less threatening? than all the Darlings, Sweethearts,.......?

A small interjection of my own here ... for anyone reading this and maybe being as ignorant as I was once upon a time.

My early running days I used to get confused with all the different styles available, and once opted for Walking shoes when I realy need Running shoes... stupid salesman didn`t bother to point out the difference..... and found out (too late) that the difference between a walking and running shoe is that for walking the heel is lower enabling the heel to swing out in front as you walk so you roll over your foot onto the toes. Standing in them you should feel almost like your heels are lower than your toes.

Running shoes are designed with more height to the heel thereby throwing your weight forward ... they actually should make you feel like "bouncing around" on your toes .... and feel like running.

Buying good brand names is worth the money.

I just love this posting by Count Dracula at Home ....! He must have been writing at about the point of sunrise ... because near the end, as the rays of the sun were reaching him, his brain began to mal-function..? and his spelling deteriorates .....

Yegads.... being around young people all the time makes me feel OLD! I much prefer being around realy old people ... then I feel like a teenager ..! cause I can still bend and turn and twist and do the splits LOL!

Definitely stay away from Young People ... cause you cant wear exactly what they wearing and therefore you have no tribal identification with them ... you know ... the belly ring, the lip ring, the eyebrow ring, the barbed wire around your neck, your pants crotch hanging down by your knees, half your head shaved, your studded belt tied around your thigh, mismatched shoes, etc etc ....

GENAU....exactly! Hence what I wrote. Most people do not know enough about the Other Dimensions and have no guidelines as to what is considered Safe or Unsafe, and thereby can put themselves into danger. So, the easiest way to stay out of trouble is to not venture in that direction.

Someone here pointed out about being first off told something True, and thereafter being Misled .... this happens ... and how do you know when to trust and when to know right from wrong?.....

....Quite possible indeed... Although methinks he may be busy painting for his up-coming exhibition .....

You see, one of the other things that happened on my visit was that I mistook his pile of canvasses for a trampoline .... and found out my mistake when both my feet went right thru this heap of 120 huge canvasses... paint and all!

I told him afterwards, when he stopped crying and howling and gulping air like a fish, that True Artists Always stack their paintings standing upright .... Not lying flat on the ground like that .... that is looking for trouble. And so now he is either trying to glue his paintings together again, or painting new ones ... cause he has this Huge Place booked and all the invitations have already gone out, the news media appointed, the Mayor booked, etc etc etc.....

You talk about the Great Flood .... I expecting it to happen any day now, in my backyard .... The reason I park my deck-chair way on the other side of the lawn, when the grandkids play in the pool. We got one of those funny pools that stand on the ground with a blow up rim that holds all those tons of water intact ...... and I watching the sides billowing out as they dive-bomb themselves around like drunken dolphins/killer whales..... I expecting the 10 or 20 tons, whatever it is, of water to come tsumami-like out the side and swamp the old lady next door`s vegetable garden and wash out into the main road..... any day now..... thats gonna be a lot of fun ....

Hi Andyejyke .... thanks for the compliment... But I only give a sort of impression of intelligence, and its a lot of hard work trying to sound intelligent ... and it only works here on this Forum, cause in real life when people see me in action ... well.... I dont have many friends left....mostly just my kids, and of course to them it is quite obvious about Intelligence skipping generations .... They think they got it all, and Mama was missed out.

But I`m quite happy to let them believe they the intelligent ones, that leaves me more time to sit in the sun and contemplate the orbit of our Earth and keep track of the stars at night, and do other more important things like keeping the Hedgehog`s water bowl full, and feeding the birds... Actually being considered the Family Idiot is far less stressful than being efficient and then having to be responsible for all these mundane things others think are important to being alive.....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY OSLO !!

I had a german friend and she always used the Entire month of her birthday to celebrate .... worked well...cause we always had great fun for a month.

This year I tried having a birthday Week ... that worked too, culminating on the weekend.

But a couple months is rather stretching it a bit, huh? Maybe you could use the entire year to celebrate...? and start again on the 1st Jan 2008....?
