yahoo....i got used to them.......they try and 'improve' it every year......i fight the updates.....their news items are often too slanted, though.....service has been good- no real problems.....i have 2 free email addresses......
....no- any form of rejection or explanation is inevitably met with annoyance and a bit of anger and resentment.......no reply is the kindest way- that way, the sender can form his or her own reasons as to why there was no communication.......'sour grapes,' you know.....

.....if you are using yahoo, they are infamous for goofy problems......i always thought that 'outbox' just meant an email was sent.....not that it was opened........you could- in the future- make drafts of stuff like that........every so often during the email.......these are kept typing that you can refer to any time.......
