For Earl and I, we're taking it slow cause we not only have distance, but also a lengthy time in which we will be dating being several years until we could be together
but what a splendid opportunity to relax and enjoy the journey to each other. Almost weekly, I have learned new things about him...ssshhh, he doesn't know I'm paying attention, but I am...you know..does he listen when I'm hurting, can he pick up on what I'm going through, is he attentive..then again I have the opportunity to get to understand how he thinks, what he is thinks is important, who in his life is important to him...is he a hard worker, (by the way, a must for me..) no lazy man in my life..he'll have Honey Do Job Security for Life if we get hitched up But so far, for Earl and I being apart has only "Made our Hearts to Grow Fonder"...you should have seen his face when I picked him up at the airport on Dec 21st, 2006, for the Christmas and New Year's Holidays he spent with me. He got right in my truck and kissed me madly before I could even pull away from the terminal pick up lane..and then you should have seen his eyes when I dropped him off on Jan 1, 2007, for him to go back home...I have not seen that depth of Love in such a long time in my life..But know this, if this should not ever work...I would never give another Long Distance Relationship a chance..cause there is a cost to this way of falling in Love. So far my Heart belongs to Earl..
