Well? Since we're not privy to your private conversations, we certainly aren't in the position to either commiserate or "be happy" about this person's departure.
There is nothing wrong with someone needing to take a break. In fact, that is usually what it is when someone "cancels their account". They come back when they are in a better frame of mind.
