RE: UK & USA ELECTIONS THIS YEAR. UKRAINE?

Russia is not giving up and will match whatever Ukraine throws at it with or without help from the west.
The goal was to take the Donbas region just like in Georgia and they're not leaving without it.
Ukraine will not be able to join NATO while there are unresolved external territorial disputes.
Taxpaying citizens are paying to extend the war instead of financing services at home, it's money wasted unless there is a win but as I said Russia will counter any increase in Ukraine's effort.
The sooner everybody faces this reality the better. It's not just Putin either, Medvedev will be just as bad if not worse, so an early settlement could be crucial.

RE: Desperate Move

He's getting good return on the "investment".
The legacy media that swore they'd not give him any coverage/publicity are now giving him Publicity Galore.
Every time he enters/leaves a courtroom he reaches more people than holding a Trump Rally.

He's playin' 'em like a violin.

RE: How can anyone vote for Trump, when even his staff won’t support him.

People have been saying Melania looks like a hostage alongside Trump bloviating. Her body language seems less than supportive. I get a sense she's thinking, 'Christ, what an a**hole..'

How can anyone vote for Trump, when even his staff won’t support him.

If there was mass fraud who the heck would want a political party that was so useless hey couldn't prove the fraudulent activities took place?.

It is hilarious that the very people who push the fanciful lies of fraud are the same ones who cannot provide a shred of evidence.

Wrong again. The pope tried as hard as he could, behind the scenes, to moderate what the dictatorship was doing to the people.

RE: How can anyone vote for Trump, when even his staff won’t support him.

Ken Block, whom the Trump campaign hired in 2020 to find voter fraud in the election, penned an op-ed Tuesday stating unequivocally that the 2020 presidential election was not stolen and that there was no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of the election.

“Can a steady diet of lies and innuendo overcome the truth?” the USA Today op-ed began. “In November 2020, former President Donald Trump asserted that voter fraud had altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. The day after the election, his campaign hired an expert in voter data to attempt to prove Trump’s allegations and put him back in the White House.”

“I am the expert who was hired by the Trump campaign,” Block wrote.

Block, who owns Simpatico Software Systems, said his company’s findings were communicated directly to then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and transcripts of depositions taken by the Jan. 6 select committee investigating the attack on the Capitol “show that the campaign found no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of any election.”

Elections Expert Releases FULL Voter Fraud Report for 2020 Election, Indicates 8.1M Excess Votes

REAKING: Elections Expert Releases FULL Voter Fraud Report for 2020 Election, Suggests 8.1M Excess Votes
By: Renaissance Pundit, August 4, 2021
Former baseball analyst and Retired Army Intelligence Captain Seth Keshel has announced his 2020 Election audit, the Gateway Pundit reports. The results are staggering.
Trump won: PA, MI, WI, NV, AZ, GA, MN
Likely/Possible Trump if cyber flipping occurring: NM, VA, CO, NJ, NH
Closer than you thought: WA, OR, RI, CT, HI

Here is rough data uncovered by Keshel:

While most mainstream media sources claim the election was 100% valid, evidence continues to mount that suggests otherwise. Whether or not the extent of fraud would change the outcome, many Americans are looking for their elected officials to audit the 2020 Election.

_____________________________________________________
Pence’s refusal to reject the 2020 election results on Jan. 6, 2021,

Pence never intended to introduce the fake electors — and in fact understood that he was legally prohibited from doing so, his chief of staff Marc Short said in an interview. But Pence wanted to clearly communicate his rationale for that decision to Trump supporters, who had been led to believe it was possible.

Days before Jan. 6, 2021, Short said, Pence took an active role in crafting the specific language he used during the session of Congress that was later disrupted by a pro-Trump mob intent on preventing the election from being finalized.

Pence said that he’d begun election night in 2020 confident, but things changed later in the evening, he wrote, when results in states with large shares of mail-in ballots “began to shift” and the Trump-Pence ticket’s lead “started to vanish.”

“The mood in the White House, initially ebullient, began to sour,” Pence wrote.

He described watching Trump claim in an early Wednesday morning speech that the election process had been “a fraud on the American public” and said the days that followed the election were “a little like the twilight zone,” as Trump’s team challenged states’ results.

Pence wrote that in 2018, when he was representing the United States at the ASEAN conference in Singapore – the type of meeting he says Trump “was never big on” – he was approached at a plenary session with a tap on the shoulder by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“I noticed that Putin projected a familiarity toward me. It came, I concluded, from his friendly meeting with Trump earlier in the year. It was as if we were old acquaintances,” Pence wrote. “I didn’t return the favor. I kept my expression firm and fixed, and the photo of me looking down at him with a furrowed brow and a grim expression was published around the world, just as I’d hoped it would be.”
At the end of the session, during a brief meeting requested by the Russians, Pence said Putin “was just inches from me, expecting a friendly chat.”
When Putin wrapped up his comments about restarting nuclear nonproliferation negotiations, Pence said he told the Russian leader: “Mr. President, we know what happened in 2016, and it can’t happen again.”

RE: How can anyone vote for Trump, when even his staff won’t support him.

Was collected at the time, and to best my knowledge, it is what Trump attempted to have heard when he legally supported by Giuliani who played a key role in Trump's bid to overturn the 2020 election results. Giuliani was indicted alongside the former president gagging Donald & Giuliani , ti is much like Australia the judicatory is bent the politicians are bent. We have a Head of State King Charlies III a Constitution, both are been sidelined.
The posted information I lodged with an honest Australian Federal Minister.
I understand others got other views. doh

RE: How Trump is following Hitlers playbook

they're creating criminal cases. they don't actually have any. even as the truth that trump offered and wanted reserve troops for jan. 6th has come out, the lies are still trying to be pushed.

o'biden is too senile for prosecution. killary has literally gotten away with murder and more. both protected under demonrat regimes when investigations started. both dismissed and white washed under the rug. even the Trump administration didn't enforce or go after killary. she did many felonious actions and no charges. she not only tampered with evidence, she destroyed it and more.

the only one being targeted is the one that fought to keep as many of their campaign promises as they could. also the only one with any executive privilege.

the real criminals keep getting a free pass. they have to stretch and fabricate against the one they're trying to stop.

RE: How Trump is following Hitlers playbook

You kniw as well as anyone that biden does not need that legislation to do his job to protect our citizens. Biden is a puppet for marxism. If what you say is true why did joe biden fight Texas for wanting to protect their own border with Mexico. All biden has to do is put back in place the effective policies Trump had in place. It is not hard to see what the democrats end game is.

RE: How Trump is following Hitlers playbook

No, he is an autocrat only in people’s minds who disagree with them. Democrats are good at throwing goofy things like that around. They like to so people are homophobic, islamaphobia, social phobia etc they do this because they don’t have any good thoughts to explain their position on any certain issue or person.

The person to fear in the oval off is the one who believes in globalism and will not defend his own people but who will defend invaders instead. wine

How can anyone vote for Trump, when even his staff won’t support him.

Absolutely, no President can singlehanded change the constitution, TODAY, but what plans does Trump have that could change that ?

I’m not privy to all that goes on in his warped mind plus, as has been pointed out, the GOP is no longer the Conservative Party, it is now the Trump Party, Republicans have shown they care more about supporting Trump than their own country.

Everything historically required to force a dictatorship is already in place in the US.

History can teach a lot, if you take the time to learn.

If the US selected a responsible person to be President, no one outside of the US would have any reason to talk about American politics, you made the bed so you must lay in it.

The fact you refuse to accept responsibility for selecting two geriatric and totally unsuitable men as Presidential candidates is exactly what is wrong with US Society today.

You Can't Make This Sh*t Up

I was watching the show "The View" the other day...they had on an author of a book on evangelicals...basically who they are and how some became agreeable to Trump being elected including explaining why they are okay with the many indiscretions of Trump's actions that are far from the example of model Christian behaviour...criminal behaviour in fact...
The author, Tim Alberta of the book The Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory: American Evangelicals in an Age of Extremism, gives readers a look into this phenomenon...
Although I have yet to read this book...the author who happens to be a preacher's son gives an insider view on how this is possible...or evolved...
Because of this book...he has been seen by some in his faith as a traitor...but he has a different point of view...

RE: Is Donald Trump actually an Anti-Christ?

If you see a clip of him when he was younger, the contrast is stark. Because of his media exposure, any decline is incremental and less obvious, like the difference between seeing a growing child every day and once a year.

Trump has been exhibiting signs of paraphasia for a long time. The muddling of 'oranges' and 'origins' springs to mind, particularly his confusion/frustration/discomfort at the time, like he sport of knew it was wrong, but the right word wouldn't come to him.

I also read/heard somewhere recently that Trump's partying in the 80's/90's involved cocaine.

Episodic memory relates to autobiographical events such as your first kiss, your wedding, or maybe your first presidential campaign and who it was against. It's about 'remembering', rather than 'knowing' (semantic memory) and creates a sense of self.

It struck me reading this, specifically 'self-awareness' that Trump's narcissism may interact with other cognitive issues. Going back to episodic memory above, those with a severe lack of empathy often have difficulty developing a sense of self without the context of a sense of others.

Being booed at the Sneaker Con, getting a low percentage of the primary votes for an incumbent(ish), the prospect of having his wealth (or lack thereof) exposed, the prospect of losing his businessman image and therefore his sense of self, the prospect of going to prison for the rest of his natural life, a loss of control...all these things may interact with his specific narcissistic personality traits creating a lot of internal conflict and stress.

I'm not trying to diagnose Trump by any stretch of the imagination. I'm just toying with the idea that he might have several issues that are all interacting under extreme stress.

RE: Is Donald Trump actually an Anti-Christ?

Interesting video,
I am not Christian but believe that Trump is an example of how not to be, or of someone that should not be in a position of political power. I am assuming that the traits that are discussed in the video that are considered Christian, are opinions that are shared values of most people. Unfortunately, the Republican party have been hijacked by the extreme Christian right and they do not care about the appearance of Trump or his personal values. They want someone to cave into their agenda and what ever vision they have. I actually think these extreme right Christians in the Republican party are themselves not Christians but people who are in fact grifters or have an agenda that is one of domination and control as they use faith as a vehicle to get what they want. Trump is a corrupt person who is willing to be their puppet or participant.
The video might explain why a vote for Trump is not in their best interest to believers but the Trumpettes are probably too far gone to see the logic.
