Prigozhin was a threat for the Western interests in Africa. He offered military help.
I can think of at least few who would have had him killed in an instance.

That one is easy to counter: He should not have, cos he would meet no understanding as shown by you and Ken (that is number one) and two: I know the Americans. When they are hellbent they are hellbent.Means war will go on like this and cost will be too high as seen. Basically I said and still think it was a too high risk. Putin was of another opinion. Dosen't mean I don't support his aims, which are peaceful nomather Kens rethoric. He just wants to secure the area, east Ukraine and make it a safe home form Russians who already live there. Same as he did with Krim in 2014. That's it.

Good speach Luke.I will add, there was a civil unrest. Kiev presented it as an uprising without other reaons than economical gain supported by Russia. Some strategic planning from Moscow supposedly.
From the Russian view (Donbass majority) the idea was to get free
from Kievs rough bandits in azov gear harrasing them year after year, even if
mother bear pitched in at times. Enough was enough for Putin. So he sat out on a Krim annaxation 2.0, unless if Kiev softened up in the last minute. The opposite happend.
Nato expansion and American imperialsim on one hand-
and the war Kiev fought on own citizens on the other.

Not sure of the time frames but I'll say about a year ago ken20 told me he was not in the military. So that rules out the possibility of him ever been in a war situation or him being a veteran. Personally I think the 'talk' just derives from pure American arrogance. That will change once Brics and most of the globe start avoiding the dollar as international currency. You are wrong.The vast majority of the Russian people love and respect Putin. Do some research. If he is cornered then he will use any method to save his country and people, yes even nuclear. I have fought against the Russians and I joined then in Central Africa for a brief spell. Don't believe everything you read or are told find out from the source if you can. Another thing, the PRC will firmly support Russia when push gets to shove.
