The Cause of Cataracts and HOW to prevent and heal the damage.
Did you know that our eyes work similar to those of cats only not as prominent?
Using this picture, you can clearly see how wide cat's pupils open up.
Well ladies and gentlemen human eyes are not that much different. Our eyes are designed to also see at night in the dark. How else were our Ancestors able to peruse the world at night? I mean thats why pirates wore eye patches so that one eye would be able to see into the night, removing the patch during night time, or so I read they would cover their 'day eye' at night.
So how does this night vision relate to cataracts?
Well during the daytime your eyes go into 'relaxation mode', the pupil relaxes during the day. Because it requires less effort to maintain vision throughout the day, the pupil is essentially the heart of night vision, because it naturally determines the amount of light required to provide you vision of your environment.
So what would create unbalance in this natural order of one's own eyes? Sunglasses?
Well its simple if you wear sunglasses during the day you are simulating a night environment. So the pupils in your eyes are forced to expand, excuse the pun but it doesnt happen over night. It occurs over long periods of time. So if you are wearing sunglasses during the day right up until night then the pupils are forced to remain in a similar state until next light, BEFORE you return the glasses again.
So now that you know the cause here are the means to prevent further harm/daamage of your eyes.
Stop wearing sunglasses
How to heal?
There are four solutions:
1 - Watching a sunrise but watching before the sun appears beyond the horizon is key. Keep staring until the sun does aappear, if you feel a burn sensation that is your eyes working out, to sustain that relaxed state position. Like any muscle in your body don't over do it.
2 - If you find the mornings are often cloudy then use sunglasses and stare into the sun at its highest peak which is the apex of the sky. I know its a contradiction. However if you are literally staring into the heart of the sun then you are creating the eyes to go into a relaxed state with the sunglasses on. OR if its a cloudy day during the lunch hour look up. Cloudy days are not as useful as peering into the sun with sunglasses
3 - Staring into a lightbult (NOT the pulsating halogen) while on, will achieve the same effect. The brighter the light the better, and you will achieve the same results covered in solution No. 1. Not as affective as No.1 But achieves the same result regardless
There is a 4th just unsure its validity of it where it invloves a Gazebo with filtered walls to allow a certain amount of sun in.

In Wisconsin, more than 200 coronavirus deaths have been announced over the last week, and as case numbers explode, hospitals have been under increasing strain.
Wisconsin, home to eight of the country’s 15 metro areas with the highest rates of recent cases, was among the first states to lose control of the virus this fall. But the surge that started in the Upper Midwest and rural West has now spread far beyond, sending infection levels soaring in places as disparate as El Paso, Chicago and Rexburg, Idaho.
Idaho’s governor, Brad Little, this week imposed new restrictions on businesses and gatherings. “Hospitals throughout the state are quickly filling up or are already full with Covid-19 patients and other patients, and way too many health care workers are out sick with Covid-19,” Mr. Little said.

President Trump, in the closing days of his campaign, has assured voters that the virus is vanishing, brushing aside the devastation it has wrought and even mocking people who take precautions — including measures his own health advisers recommend — to slow the spread of the disease.
Daily reports of deaths from the virus remain far below their spring peaks, averaging around 780 a day. But those, too, have started to tick upward.
There are not many hopeful signs in the recent data.

Angel, the worst I've seen of him...
I got a call from a friend Brian who watches over another friend Angel who happens to live in my community. Angel has been renting from an uncle for many years. He doesn't own a car, he relies on the shuttle bus from the community and Brian to get him to appointments when a bus is impractical.
Brian called last night to say it's a few days he hasn't heard from Angel and asked if I could stop by to check on him. I did. Angel came to the door in boxers and slippers and hadn't shaved in a few weeks. He looked horrible.
The reason he wasn't answering the phone is the ringer was turned off and he doesn't know how to get it back on. The neighbor has his phone to figure out how to get the ringer to work!
I asked if he was okay and he is having difficulty breathing. As a life-long smoker he said he quit and his body is reacting by coughing up things...
At this point, Angel is withering away. I won't make any predictions, but I hope is health improves. I already lost one friend this year who had lung cancer.

Blister Pack...
Blister pack is a type packaging used for pharmaceuticals and foods. A preformed plastic 'tray' with indentations (blisters) holds each dose of medicine. Attached to the plastic is usually foil coated paper that seals the contents. The user has to bend the plastic at the corner lifting the foil to expose the contents. In theory, it's pretty simple. In realty, it can bring on an episode of Tourette syndrome.
I picked up my 90 day refill of hypertension medicine and the package was much larger than expected. I questioned if they had the right medicine and the pharmacy technician apologized. They were out of bottled stock at the distributor and only blister packs were being shipped.
As expected, the blister package I received doesn't break open at the corners as instructed. I have to cut it open with a razor knife!
I'll probably open a bunch and repackage them into a bottle so I don't have to waste time fumbling with a knife and a blister pack each day.

It appears there's no reason to wear a mask at the White House as everyone working there has COVID-19 and under quarantine.

My suggestion... If you plan to have a tour of the White House on Columbus Day, it would be a good idea to postpone that trip!
