Hendrik

HENDRIK VAN DER BIJL
By Willem Petzer.

This South African could have been the richest men in the world alongside of the Rothschilds, Carnegie  and others.

Hendrik was the greatest Engineer South Africa has ever produced.  After he invented the first intercontinental Telephone in America, had he stayed there, he could have become one of the Robber Barons, alongside Vanderbilt, Carnegie, and Rockefeller, but he decided to come back to South Africa and build our Industrial sector from nothing, after the devastation of the Boer war and great depression.

Hendrik was the son of a Farm worker (not a farmer), who saved up to buy his first oxwagon to start transporting goods between Pretoria, Kimberley, and Cape Town.  It was on the back of this oxwagon that Hendrik taught himself Mathematics, and Physics.  He then studied Engineering in Stellenbosch at the age of 16, and studied for his PhD in Germany, at Leipzig University, at the age of 21.

After completing his PhD, he went to work for Bell Labs in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a company that employed 15 Nobel prize scientists up until today.  It was here where Van der Bijl invented the first intercontinental telephone, by creating a telephone able to make a phone call from New York to Paris.

He was asked in 1920, by Gen JBM Hertzog to return to South Africa, to help with the struggling Industrial sector.  Leaving riches and a prosperous career in America behind, Van der Bijl came to South Africa with nothing.

He was the founding chairman of Eskom, leading the company to become the first to power a major city with electric streetlights.  The first in the world.  Under his leadership, Eskom, which he started from nothing, became the largest and most profitable Electricity provider in the world, powering every African country as high up as Ethiopia.  He stayed on as the Chairman of Eskom until his death in 1948.

Other companies Van der Bijl created and ran were Iscor, Amcor, the Industrial Development Corporation (later becoming the CSIR), Transnet, and Safmarine.

Had Van der Bijl built up these companies in his private name, he would have been richer than Rockefeller at that stage.  Funnily enough, Hertzog suggested Van der Bijl start these companies as private companies.

But Van der Bijl did not believe in Capitalism.  He was a nationalist.  He believed in public utilities, for the people, by the people, as he outlined in his 1919 paper "Scientific research and industrial development."

When he died in 1948, he had little more than a house and a car to his name.  Today, the legacy of Hendrik van der Bijl is plundered through corruption, state capture, mismanagement and looting. but despite stealing 100's of billions, and enormous mismanagement, poiticians, syndicates, and other criminals have still not been able to destroy the vast wealth created for this country by Hendrik van der Bijl.

Let him be our example.
Hendrik van der Bijl, and many other greats like him, are the people we should be looking up to during this time when we feel like the entire country is being destroyed by corruption and incompetence.

Let us learn from great men like Hendrik van der Bijl, and create instead of criticising. Let us plan and implement today as once was built, from nothing, by great men like Hendrik van der Bijl

The World Economic Forum cares about you!

I post stuff here to help expose what I think is wrong about Globalization. I believe in borders. If you wish to debate anything I post discuss it amongst yourselves or if no one else wants to engage your debate then discuss it among your inner voices. Feel free to post anything btw.

..... here we go

Speaking at the WEF, former head of the IMF's China division, Eswar Prasad: CBDC will be programmable, in a way that will enable governments to dictate how, when, where, on what and by whom they can be spent, including the imposition of expiry dates.

CBDCs are a totalitarian's wet dream, and would enable governments to centrally enforce tyrannical policies on an industrial scale—at the flick of a switch—without the need for human enforcement agents.

Not "up to date" with your injections? Exceeded your weekly carbon allowance? Ventured outside of your designated '15 minute' district? Oops, no money for you!

The Good and The evil

The Good comes from God and the evil comes from devil.
God do no bad, devil do no good.
God is Perfect and Good,in him is no darkness and no bad. He has power to judge and punish evil and sin.
in whatever way you turn there is no solution without God.
Perfectness comes from God and imperfectness comes from devil.
Do good and away from evil.
in whatever is from Good is from God.in whatever is from evil is from devil.
believe and obey God and you get saved from sin and from evil.

Those who do evil and kill, will lose peace and have restless and suffer

Why so many people desire to kill and make war?
who give them desire to kill and make war?
Many people are teachen to do evil and killing and make war and many others have bad thoughts to do
killings and war..!
It is the devil who bring hate to people and so people do wars and killings.
Suffering peaceless and restless and other terrible suffers is so bad, those who have such...is terrible!
So to not kill and do no wars and no evil:is those who need do love and peace.
There where is no peace there is the devil.
So think right and do no evil and no war and no killing, but do love and peace and you become blessed.
those who do peace are called:children of God, Jesus said.
Those who don,t believe Jesus as son of God they have no God.God send Jesus to believe and obey him and so Jesus made known God to those who believe Jesus.
Those who have the son of God have God.Those who do the will of Jesus do the will of God.
Those who sined need repent and improve and keep good and so to not go in hell but go in heaven.
So love God with all heart.., and love your neighbours (all people) as your self.
and so you will be led to salvation and life.
Jesus is the door that lead you to God.
So why are so many wars and killing happen?
Is because people know no God and so doing the will of the devil.
Hate and sadness and angry lead to sin and do evil, wars and killings.
those who kill and do evil will suffer their deeds of killings and evil and go in hell to suffer terrible.
So wake up: don,t do evil, killings and wars but do love and peace and will be well with you.
There are so many Terrorists made from false religion or false teaching that do most evil, war and killings.
and so they believe are going in heaven when they die, but in truth they go in hell !
no killer and no evil doer go in heaven.
So in this life everyone have need of love and peace to go in heaven and live and so live on earth too.
So those who hate and get angry lead them to do evil and sin.
So do love and peace and God will love you and help you every day.
God bless.

LEST WE FORGET

The War with Germany has started.
The war broke out in ‘40. I was three years old, having been born in September of ‘37. “My dad went to Germany he would not be back for several years. He went there out of his own free will, believing that he could do more for his family that way.

My dad loved the German people and they loved him. (Not the Nazi’s)

Dad was able to send money home and other people who were

forced to work for the German Nazi’s, were not able to do this.

It was up to my mom now to take care of her two children my sister Greetje and I, and find food for us all.
Living in the North of Holland, only several hours away from the farmers, the first few years were not too bad for us, but that slowly changed.
My mother had to sell her best linens, her gold watch and sewing machine for food.
The farmers did not care to receive money as it was worth nothing, so anything of value had to go.
A bottle of oil, a very valued commodity, would sell for $250.00 guilders.

My mother would bring home dried fish that stank something awful. We had to eat it anyway.
Looking back it still amazes me how resourceful people are when they have to be.

I would go to where coal was loaded onto trains, and take with me a small broom and dustpan and bring home coal dust. We would chew tar and turned it into chewing gum. It also whitens your teeth.

You could do the same with grain. We kids would go to where the grain was being loaded onto trains, and we would pick up what had fallen on the ground. It takes a long time to chew that grain, but believe me it will turn into gum.

Sometimes we were lucky and had a piece of real chewing gum. We kids would take some sugar to give it some flavour again after we had been chewing it for some time and all the flavours had left.
At night we wound it around the iron bed post.

If friends had gum and asked if you wanted to come out and play with them, you would tell them: “Sure if I can have your gum.” “Okay but only for awhile”
Later came bubble gum, and because of the sharing, we would all have sores around our mouth.
Would you like to know what happens to gum if you chew it for days? It crumples up into nothing. (It does take several days)

We may have been kids but we did things that were beyond our age.
We would climb onto trucks loaded with sugar beets, and throw them off the truck so people could make sugar.

I remember that one day I was about six years old, when I was sent shopping at the corner store for groceries. I could see from the store the school the Germans occupied, as it was around the corner of our street.
I saw a truck heaped high with coal. I saw no Germans, so I climbed onto that truck and started to shove the coal down.

What was amazing was how quickly people realized what was going on. They came with buckets and pails to scoop up what they could. When others took over from me to shovel more coal down, I ran home to tell mother at home to get some for us too.
The Germans let us be for a while they must have known what was going on. Most of them were mere boys.

We were also sustained by the soup kitchen. One of our neighbours called to say that there was meat in the soup that day. Quickly I was sent to get some of that good stuff. In the meantime, our neighbours had found the source of the meat it was the tail of a mouse. I can't remember if we ate that soup.

During the German occupation you were not allowed to have a radio, they were all confiscated. Mother kept hers and it was connected together with a neighbours. Someone must have turned them in for the authorities came knocking one day. They asked her first how long she had that radio. She said the first thing that came to her mind, six months. They went to the neighbour next and asked him the same question. Unbelievably he gave the very same answer. Because of that, they were let go, after the radio was taken of course.

Hell is real

many people think hell is a joke or do not exist.
they are misleaded and deceived from evil so.
Jesus who is truth say that hell is real.
how to not go in hell?in hell is all suffers and destruction.
it need to repent of your sins and improve and believe God so to not go in hell.
repent mean: to be sorry for your sins and so pray to be forgiven.
Man need Love God with all heart..., and love his neighbours (all people) as himself.
This will lead him to have life eternally.
So man will not go in hell but in heaven.
God bless.
