Wake Up My People.
my question is are you my love after reading this come find me and see and find a passion that can split the heavens and a fire that burns brighter than the sun. and a love deeper than the ocean.

Sometimes we need to be cleansed by the summer rain.
As I often watch videos of animals rescued and finding love .. after so much hardship and abuse , sometimes too late , and sadly had to cross the rainbow above ... I’m left with the firm conviction that in them you unfailingly

This toy is the best one I've had since Stretch Armstrong! A toy I got for Christmas in 1976.

Jeeze, I forgot about this one. When I compile my list of poems to go into my book for publishing, this will be the starting poem.
Puzzle time
Basically a poem about unrequited love. He knew my feelings but, we had spiritual differences that preventing him following through on mutual feelings (because he was actually flirting with me for almost a year, and admitted caring for me)
I swear, if any Wiccan or other pagan reads the 2nd to last stanza and understands it, I'll laugh my arse off.

Correction: Didn't realize that only 3 lines in each stanza - duh!! Attempt at Haiku but afraid not a very good one. Not really my kind of poem. Happy Father's Day tomorrow to all the Father's out there. Kathy

You are the chef. Cook us some grub! Not cookbook style but use words so we can see like sear... words we can taste like tart .. etc 4. Write what you feel using the picture... I once got disqualified for writing a concerto in a contest because they wanted x number of lines... I write what I feel... I want you to do the same... 5. verse or free rhyme - no profanity, vulgarity, or adult stuff 6. Write from your heart... We learn from one another the only wrong you can really do as a writer is not write. 7. No negativity here. If there is a negative comment you are out... and that has never been me- Be professional and comment with encouragement. 8. Type in your author notes "I read the rules!" 9. Comment on at least two poems in the contest and post their poem url in your author notes. 10. Have fun! The picture is the prompt. Write.
A sunset followed by a full moon in June.
I wrote this for a poetry contest back in 2014. I got an honorable mention. This was written in A,B,C style. Each line had to start with the next letter of the alphabet until you have A all the way through Z
Sometimes when I hear certain songs, jokes pop up in my mind making fun of it. This is the only parody I have copyrighted. I really need to get out a few of the other ones that I wrote. I love writing parodies.
