This unspeakable cost
Knifes up at my back
Feeling like death just attacked
Gazed up at my eye's
Through his venimous lies
How could this happen
Can't imagine
Disgusted while I was blind
In now he's cashing his chips
He's always in a protest
Constantly pushes away
He left me here with regrets
How do you take me forgranted
You left my heart here abondened
Your decision was cruel/I can't cover up each bruise

Seems like sunday but it's Saturday
Has this ever happened to you
Clowning around and lost a fun day
And what I got is Saturday blue

Raindrops falling loneliness calling
Now I'm stuck in a world of solitude
The quietness is stalling, time on the clock
What I got is Saturday blue



I tuned out the weather man,could have made other plans
And now it's really swell listening to your voice mail
Telling me you are out with you know who
To me his name is Saturday blue

Heart Woes
The heart is cold in the presence
of loneliness
Searching for acceptance and meaning
Its deprived of rest
In the cold the heat of anger
makes it nest
Nurtured by evil thoughts
exacerbated by stress
Surrounded by many but
still all alone
The silent heart cries because
its all alone.

I'm tired of pretending to be happy
When inside I'm feeling crappy
I'm tired of pretending to be glad
When inside I'm feeling sad
I'm tired of feeling bad
When there's nothing to be had
I'm tired of crying
Without even trying
I'm tired of lying
When inside I'm dying
I'm tired of saying all is okay
When I can barely get through the day
I'm just so tired today!

All the lonely people
hiding behind locked doors
peeping through dark curtains
full of fear at the world outside.

You are hurt
you are in pain
don't give up
we need you.

We need you in your gentleness
we need you in your open honest fear
we need you to re-appear
show us your rare and fragile spirit.

The doubts of worth reach down deep inside,
The knife to twist and slide,
Your soul it darkness and clouds,
Veiling with it's insidious shroud,
Turns your mind to thoughts of longing,
Dreams of perhaps one day belonging,
Your cries for help are muted and muffled,
The pain is caged and bottled,
Hope turns to despair then back to hope,
How then to try and cope?
You fill your time with chores,
all the while longing to adore.
There must be one of the masses,
Who i can give my tender kisses,
Just one for me is all I ask,
Is that too much a ridiculous task?
But no, I see only a void,
An empty life, a heart slowly destroyed.
It is a curse to to be so haunted,
the ghosts of want have me outwitted.
So slowly I sink into my bed,
knowing that yet again they will fill my head.
The dreams of what could, what should be,
but...........once again I will wake up lonely.

Nothing can compare
To loneliness
It’s an emptiness
A heaviness
Rather careless
Bathed in a bareness
Chaotic and directionless
Days that seem endless
Becoming more restless
Lacking in friendliness
Filled with memories
Like an evil temptress
Stealing your happiness
Moving and reckless
A formidable nemesis
Filled with pettiness
Bankrupt and penniless
Persecuting and relentless
Buried in deadliness
Longing for tenderness
Spoken in sentences
We must end the endless
Unbearable lonliness
Use our intelligence
Imaginative like Pegasus
Fill up with loving kindness
Beautiful and generous
Absent of selfishness
Knowing holy awareness
Dawning in friendliness
A loving pure readiness
Seeking the happiness
Making new memories
Dreams of the genesis
Magnetic in benevolence
Harnessed in loveliness
Washed in gentleness
Leaving you breathless

wanting, longing
caressing, making love
with goddesses
of our dreams
inside subconscious
seemingly harmless flings

children sucked

of what was
once were plump
beautiful breasts

Neither have any
cash, away stashed
to spare or thrash
on silicon injections
or digital gadgets
to plump up cheeks
lips, butts or teats

Since none can
unfortunately
turn back time;
can't compare
to air-brushed
Goddesses
in your minds!

For I am real
and I have flaws
and all I hear is silence!
So loud so clear!
I'll wear a smile
but deep inside
I die a million times!
