Burger King

Burger King
Has come to our town
I used to go to the one in Dubuque back in the 90's
I would get the Whopper Jr., small fries, and a small Mello Yello
2.22
I upgraded to a large on Tuesday, August 15
6.90
Quite a difference 21 years makes
ding fries are done
I gotta run
I work at Burger King
Making flame broiled whoppers
I wear paper hats
Would you like an apple pie with that?
Don't touch the fries in hot fat
It really hurts bad
And so do skin grafts
Wait for the bell
Can't hear the bell
Where is the bell?
Ding fries are done!

Jeeves

A dowager summoned her butler with some duress,
“Please Jeeves, come take off my dress,
Take off my petticoat,
Take off my bra.
For I know the man that you really are!
Please take off my panties,” she said with some yearning,
She knew that her butler was discreet and discerning.
“Yes Ma’am,” he answered with respect and with tact,
Finally she said in a language exact,
“Now if you wear my clothes again, you’ll be sacked!”

Everyone chooses for itself

Everyone chooses for itself
Woman, religion, road;
To serve a devil or the prophet,
Everyone chooses for itself
Everyone chooses on itself
The word for love and for a prayer.
Sword for duel, a sword for fight
Everyone chooses on itself
Everyone chooses on itself
Board and armor, staff and patches,
Measure of final payment
Everyone chooses on itself
Everyone chooses for itself.
I choose too — as I am able.
To anybody no claims I have.
Everyone chooses for itself

Out of Line

(Since I'm stuck writing poems for six more days, might as well try to write an actual one instead of talking like it's a poem.)

maybe write another
and try this time
maybe someone other
ain't gone this time
is she out there lasting
don't know when
ever found within there
love again
no one knows the reason
were not strong
only know it couldn't be
all that wrong
asking precious sorrow
for some time
got to know, forever's
out of line

Don't trust him, sometimes yourself,

Don't trust him, sometimes yourself,
When return I have wanted home.
The one who has thrown this house once,
But again it is knocked under your window.

In what love inconceivable sense
Love not a lodge old idle time.
Whose walls can be bleached anew,
And every time to glaze a window.

Love as fantastic palace,
The fairy tale and to the palace the end has disappeared.
The love is the base monolith,
Will crack, the palace won't resist.

Don't trust him, sometimes yourself,
When the fugitive asks home.
There where ruins in ashes and in blood,
How to revive the palace of former love?

Everything is so conditional

Everything in this world is so conditional:
Moment of wanderings and offenses.
I will tell you laconically.
That in life there is on all a limit:
Friends, enemies, treason, jealousy,
I loved not enough,
I caressed not enough
And value has all the.
Life - not a cheerful carnival:
In her there is both a poverty, and a despair,
Hope that lives in soul,
And fantasy dreams,
And even creative flight.
Treachery and insults.
What can be even more terrible?
Both pain, and grief, and pleasures,
Well, and Lyubov that is stronger than all.
But if all truth is conditional,
answer how to people to live?

I will tell you tak:-"You breathe exactly
Also continue to love life!"

Love's abyss

Within the island of your dream
a spent sailor
washed on the sands
of love's archipelago

the mannequin of your delight
rock me as the vines
that grow unkempt
in the theater of the night

I will keep watching

I will keep watching...!
as you said
like a lonely man
who is watching the night sky
while awaiting for the rising of my star
I will keep watching...!
while believing
the star which I'm awaiting for
will rise for sure
I will keep watching...!

The house of love destitution

Walk me from this house of love
destitution
Gonna find me a girl for some warm
restitution
You know its open and wide
where oceans divide
I got friends along the highway side.

Lovley Lights

Always saw the lights
weathered words or
moonlit
nights

As different colours

spread so at ease

A thought of silence
a working

insight to see
could it be me?

Nope
yet a little ant

reveling my rant

coursing my way
back
