I have not really had any "date" dates, because I want to date a man living in Scotland and since he is not here in Miami and I am not in Scotland.
However, I have met real folk here, and in person. The get-togethers are great.
The site is just a tool - it was be entertaining to while away the time, in the forums, or it can be an opportunity to start toward meeting in real life. Flowers, email, response, skype or phone, meet in person, and so on, and on it goes.
2003 - A staff reporter for The New York Times committed frequent acts of journalistic fraud while covering significant news events in recent months, an investigation by Times journalists has found. The widespread fabrication and plagiarism represent a profound betrayal of trust and a low point in the 152-year history of the newspaper.
The reporter, Jayson Blair, 27, misled readers and Times colleagues with dispatches that purported to be from Maryland, Texas and other states, when often he was far away, in New York. He fabricated comments. He concocted scenes. He lifted material from other newspapers and wire services.
News reporting is suspect - I don't believe in any crap that any of the news media outlets say anymore.
was this one reporter an rogue or just the only one caught and the system is corrupt.
State and federal authorities decided against indicting HSBC in a money-laundering case over concerns that criminal charges could jeopardize one of the world’s largest banks and ultimately destabilize the global financial system.
Instead, HSBC announced on Tuesday that it had agreed to a record $1.92 billion settlement with authorities. The bank, which is based in Britain, faces accusations that it transferred billions of dollars for nations like Iran and enabled Mexican drug cartels to move money illegally through its American subsidiaries.
