As many have said before, they simply lose interest. It often takes a few emails before you know if you are compatible or not.
As for distance, personally I would not be interested in a LDR. You have to have sufficient money/time/inclination to travel to the other person, initially for holidays at least to see if you get on in real life. And ultimately have the freedom/money/will to move to another area/country if you think it might work out. And even after the move, there are no guarantees. It is a big decision, one that must really be made before even the first email is exchanged. Sorry, that is not very romantic, but it is reality.
I would go to Africa for a holiday. Preferably Rwanda. I've fancied going that for a long time. If not there, maybe Central or South America. It'd be used for travel anyway!
I only have a small urban back garden, but I try to grow as much as possible.
Apart from the flowers and bushes, I also grow peas, garlic, beans, potatoes, onions, carrots, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, as well as salad vegetables.
I love the satisfaction of growing my own, as well as the far superior taste
If there is honesty and respect and both paople go into it totally consensually, a one night stand can be as spiritual and blissful as any relationship, to the people involved.
Not all relationships are good; not all one night stands are bad.
People need different things in their lives at different times. Only they can, and should judge.
RE: Apartments Or Homes
I love my little house, and the freedom of having a dog and a garden.Especially to enjoy the one day of summer when we do get it
I think apartments are ok when you are renting, and don't want any responsibility, even of a pet or a garden.
