RE: Pets.

just a small note - dogs come in breeds not races
race is either for the greyhounds - which they race or for humans can be distinguished into various race (although I think humans really are all one race).

and on that little aside - I love the big dogs - rottweiller, german shepherd, malamute, husky, bull mastiff, saint bernard, great dane etc, etc.

RE: real

angel2 just a suggestion - what are you offering to your future wife?

To love, honor and cherish? in sickness and in health, to hold no other above her?

or is she just a means to an end? dunno

RE: are any of the girls herr real seems they are not to mr

I can see that I am not the one for you - the question is not whether we are real.... it is - if there is a match for you.

professor in my opinion, connecting singles is just a communication tool - like your harley - it is what you do with it that will help you have a successful journey and reach your destination.

suggest you use the blogs, and search functions for like minded in your area and be sure to read the profiles - motorcycle happy travels into the forest of love....laugh

RE: Where is the best place too retire?

My sister moved there for 10 years - always asked me to visit - never could afford it - too busy at work - then she moved back to Canada -now I can afford it - and I have the time..... doh

When I retire I will have no rules as to where I can stay - hopefully just take my good manners with me -

I just spent the weekend on Marco Island - now that is a retirement heaven.

RE: Can you cook?

thumbs up grin

RE: Where is the best place too retire?

all of Canada is beautiful..... in summer..... winter (which is 9 months of the year) not so much!

In winter it is time to visit the relatives in tropical climes.

RE: Where is the best place too retire?

My friend here in Miami just checked out Costa Rica - how's your spanish?

New Zealand is nice except you have to be accepted by the country and they are sticklers for kicking you out if you over stay your welcome.

I have family in Australia and I hear it is lovely to live there.

I don't know anything about Panama. It's a great thing to be able to work all our lives and be able to retire.....

RE: American's Best friend, and the best president

RE: Where is the best place too retire?

For me I plan on retiring, and living my spring and summer in Scotland, my winters in Miami, USA and a few months here and there in Canada.

now I just need to find some wonderful sane and lovely man from Scotland to share the fun of retirement with me....

RE: Who is going to win the american presidential election in November? Obama or Romney?

watched a program on "time with Bill Maher" - funny and serious comments

one of his guests suggested that it doesn't matter over a four year term....it is the economic forecast over a longer term that is going to matter.

and he also suggested that we have this strange idea that "if we just vote the right character into office.... that things will change - that "our guy" will turn this country around"

.... neither a democrat or republican president is going to change our economy in four years - we must look at the economic policy over a long term

RE: Who is going to win the american presidential election in November? Obama or Romney?

Don't you think it is about time we looked past the next four years - neither person can solve our country's issues alone....

Let's work on solving our economic problems over the long term the next 20 years.....
and beyond.

RE: My chemistry is......

RE: Dear Friends

Treatment - You may be asked to take one or more medicines to treat blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol levels. Follow your doctor's directions closely to help prevent coronary artery disease from getting worse.

Goals for treating these conditions in people who have coronary artery disease:

Blood pressure less than or equal to 140/90 (even lower for some patients with diabetes, kidney disease, or heart failure)

Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels less than or equal to 7% for people with diabetes

LDL cholesterol level less than or equal to 100 mg/dL (even lower for some patients) - quoted from public medical health website heart beating

RE: Women with tatoos

while I don't support your conclusion about women and tattoos or about the criminal nature of all tattoos - I remember back in the day -

- when having a very short haircut with designs shaped in the hair were popular - and have returned in fad to Miami - I remember laughing to myself in court because the guy came in on a drug charge - small amount of cannabis - and he was adamant that not only was he not guilty he was completely innocent - his haircut had the shape of a cannabis leaf in it....
