Tattoo with the artist's initials...
A guy paid for and received a tattoo of a family member who passed away... His grandfather. Thinking the tattoo looked exactly like the photo the artist worked from, he went away pleased. A few weeks later he was showing the tattoo to his great-grandmother who noticed initials in the tattoo... The initials matched the artist's name!Annoyed, he confronted the tattoo artist wanting a partial refund as the signature wasn't in the deal. The artist refuses and he goes to the shop owner, who makes the artist give a full refund.
The guy posted his story on Reddit and received responses like:
"They kind of branded you with their initials and they should get fired."
"Tattoo artists don't get to sign their work because their canvas is a human being. This is a KNOWN. This is conventionally understood."
Yeah, that was done in bad taste. Since the story was done anonymously, no photos of the work was supplied. Also, I didn't see any suggestions to fix it. Something like making the area around the initials darker or completely laser them out and retouch that area... he's got some cash to do it with.

I doubt someone famous like Kat Von D would pull a stunt like that.
