I'm crazy? No you people are:

You want to know what I think is crazy?

I think waking up at 06am, eating breakfast, getting in your car, sitting in traffic for an hour on a way to a job, where you sit in a box for 8 hours, get a 30min break to eat some lunch, get back in that car, to sit in traffic again for an hour, an hour and a half, on your way home, were you eat dinner, watch tv, go to sleep...

Repeat that untill you're about 60... Then you retire, and then you die..

I think that's absolutely insane...dunno

Amen, Vipone!
Remember that great Seal song?

But we're never gonna survive unless...
We get a little crazy.
No, we're never gonna survive unless...
We are a little...
Crazy... yay

I believe strongly that every single person has a choice how they live their life.
Some great teacher out there say once you judge others you only define yourself professor
Angel, I agree with you. Everyone has the freedom to choose how they want to live. I did not hear Vipone judge anyone. He was making a comment about a way of living. Much different. Of course, people get to choose, but do they? Or are they doing what they do because someone told them they should do it that way? This blog is more about discernment, to me, than about judging people. This way of life that he describes is insanity, but I defend anyone's right to live the insanity if they so choose. wave
I'm crazy? No you people are

judgment roll eyes discernment

Venus, you really got a not native English speaker thinking and smiling for a long time..
Thats life in this crazy world. You're not alone
Yes, Angel, the title could have been more in keeping with the rest of the blog. I concentrated on the meat of what he was conveying, instead of homing in on the title. To each his own. I happen to agree with Vipone that people are making themselves miserable trying to live the life he described. You don't agree. That's perfect. No wrong and no right. I think it was you who brought up judgement. I always think it's funny when someone "plays that card" as there are very few of any of us who do not judge something. In fact, to judge that someone is judging is a judgement, is it not?
First of all, I don't judge anyone with this blog. It's just a thing that happens every day, in almost everybody's life.

And since I like thinking and discussing about life, this kinda kept me busy.

The fact people do it, and keep doing it, is because they see it themselfs, they grow up in a world like this. So it's logical that you do it yourself too.

For me personally, it's not like that no.

But I love to see all your reactions and thoughts on this.

And again. No judgement to anyone.
haha yep, I know. I didn't really think you were judging! You definetely have the right idea...everyday I wonder how some people I know can actually feel like they were meant to live in a cubicle their entire lives. I think it gives some a sense of power, they climb and climb thinking that is what will make them happy, never realizing their true purpose until its too late.
I have realized this long ago, but I have to get some things in order before I jump ship. I suppose at least I am young enough to still have time to do something meaningful.
I agree. That is why you have to just live. Take me, for example, I am a black American, single-mother currently in Hungary (for the past 2 months). So many people either expect little of me or discourage me from doing what I believe I can do. Yet, I do it anyway. Why? Because this is MY life and no matter what anyone says, does or THINKS about me, it's MY LIFE...my choices, my decisions, my consequences, my happiness. Vipone, this is YOUR life, all you have to do is make the decision to live it. God bless.angel head banger
Amen to that....

I'm ending today with a famous quote I live by too

We're having too good a time today. We ain't thinking about tomorrow
i do not contest your accusation of me being insane but somebody has to do it .rolling on the floor laughing
