FOOD THAT KILLS YOU SLOWLY

Chronic illness and disease is mainly the result of a person's lifestyle. You can't catch these illnesses, or be vaccinated against them. They are self inflicted by the type of lifestyle we adopt from when we are born. Processed foods, high fat intake, white sugar, white flour, excess of salt. High blood pressure, diabetes are examples that are treated with drugs produced by the pharmaceutical industry who make huge profits on our dependence on their products.
Doctors prescribe pills and medicine without considering the cause of illness. They treat the symptoms and then get rid of you. Doctors have virtually no training in nutrition and we probably have more knowledge than them.
The best way to change lifestyle is to switch to plant based foods and control your weight together with exercise.
Introducing children to junk food as a treat is starting them on the path to ill health in the future.

MY goodness Crown i have to agree fully with what you say grin
Also, the people who annoy me are the TV chefs who use all the bad ingredients and then when they realise that the health evidence is against them, they try to pretend to acknowledge the facts and suggest alternatives. They constantly use processed meats eg bacon, sausage and all other forms of preserved meats, in their concoctions.
The plant based diet is god but you should also make sure you keep on the B12 VIT intake in check otherwise there are serious consequences to not having that too,
I'd say find a balance or lean more on the plant based diet.

Good thinking about vitamin intake. Most soya milks contain B12 and calcium.
