Leaping over the bench and attacking the judge...
On Wednesday, a Nevada man who was denied probation over charges of attempted battery, leaps over the bench to take down the judge and punches out the Marshall as 3 men tried to subdue him. He was airborne for 2 seconds and she saw him coming but couldn't get out of the way.He was due back in court today but I'm waiting to hear the followup story. I doubt the court would be willing to release the man any time soon, as one comment stated attacking a judge is a felony offense... you never know.

'She' is Clark County Judge Mary Kay Holthus who was sentencing Deobra Redden, who was charged with attempted battery with substantial bodily harm. He was expecting probation and attacked the judge when his bail was denied.
