ANGER MANAGEMENT...
One time I was waiting outside of the instructor’s office at a court imposed “anger management” class, (we won’t go into the details at this time…) and I overheard a lady telling this counselor all of the reasons why she acted the way she did, when she knocked her husband’s lights out. There was a long pause by the counselor, (I suppose for the dramatic effect on his part) and then he said the truest words I have ever heard come out of a human beings mouth…“I hear what you are saying, but nobody really gives a sh--!”
She set there quietly for a moment and then gathered herself together and quietly got up and started to leave. “Wait a minute,” he said, “we’re not through here.” “Maybe you’re not,” she said, “but I am. My husband said those exact words before I knocked his front teeth out with my steam iron.”

How are you doing?
Well i can relate to what you have been thru, i have done angermanagement twice, once i did it because i wanted to learn about myself, move forward, then the second time i was ordered by court. There was nothing really wrong as my previous partner aplied for a protection order and it was all discussed and when aproved it comes with 10 sessions of this angermanagement. So i did see it as a free lesson to learn about myself and the day today my previous partner and me we have excellent communication again and it feels great.
I have almost finished writing a book and one of the chapters i have talked about angermanagement.
All the best

I guess most Vikings need anger management...of course if our ancestors would have had it, they wouldn't have dominated so much of the world.
