Getting a bit breezy out there!!!!....

Wow!! It's getting a bit windy out there today!! It's probably gusting around force 9-10 just now, and is set to get up to 75mph tonight!! Just in the last hour it's ripped two large branches off the big oak tree at the bottom of the garden...just a few feet from my sheds!! uh oh Have just been out in the garden to tie everything down that's moveable!! uh oh

Actually....I love it when it's like this!! grin grin yay yay

i do the same thing i research everything .laugh when the season ended a couple months ago the gold rush alaska one. lol they were 10feet from the glory hole the pay streak underground streams they just got to. they started pulling up bigger chunks of gold n 100s of grams of dust they ran out of time and money. alaska basically shuts down in the winter digging anyway. lol im going to visit their soon i probably wouldn't want to leave. i could see myself living their.grin

im glad i can use the wikipidia links on my blogs here i can research without leaving the site.grin laugh m i just looked him up lar monsen cool he walked across the zodiac 's in alaskawow laugh those zodiac bears are gigantic and hungry laugh he is brave nature and wildlife hiking expeditions are my favorite documentaries thumbs up i lv documentaries period.applause laugh

It`s just great when someone can make a living out of their hobby! thumbs up Lars M. has been dooing a lot of other stuff lately, and the last thing was a program named "Whitout Limits" where he takes peoples with handicaps out on expeditiones. cool

I was once so lucky to be on a expedition with SINTEF, north-east of Hopen, Svalbard. We where testing oilspill-equipment in the ise.
Point is we had polar-bears up close. Amasing to look right down at such an fantastic animal. thumbs up grin
