Chris Isaak is in the UK promoting his new album
I know there are a few Chris Isaak fans on here so I thought I would just let you know that Chris is in the uk, promoting his new album "Beyond The Sun". Doesn't look like he is doing any concerts anywhere though.Tv & Radio Programs:
"Something for the Weekend" on BBC2. Sunday 22nd January at 10am. Sorry, I know this one has already gone by but you should be able to watch it on iplayer.
He told a great story about a famous car museum in Los Angeles , who had contacted him to ask him if he would like to put his car on show there for an exibition called "Cars & Guitars of Rock n' Roll". He said yes, he'd love to. (He has an old 1964 Chevy Nova) Only trouble was, he only has that one car to get around in!! Very rock n' roll!!! So...I am just imagining that Chris rode his bicyle around for the next several months!!
Monday 23rd January: "Breakfast" 6-8.30am BBC1
(looks like you would be able to watch this program online)
24th January: on the Simon Mayo radio program on Radio 2 at 5.05pm
30th January: on the "Alan Titchmarsh Show" itv at 3pm
Also the old chrisisaak.com website has now been changed to a new one, which seems really good.

Yes, he does seem a really nice guy. I met him after the Glasgow concert and he spent AGES with everyone, shaking their hands and allowing everyone to get as many photographs as they wanted. He also has a brilliant sense of humour.

... There are quite a few songs on Youtube now from "Beyond the Sun"... some of them are when the songs were actually being recorded in Sun Studios. I can't believe that the album has only just been released in the uk! As a dedicated fan, I ordered my online and got it weeks ago!
