Our wounds either make us stronger or keep us trapped as victims....its our chlice!

You can't escape your wounds.
You can run but you can't hide.
It'll eventually catch up to you.
Wounds can help us to see how strong we are as a person even though it can be an excuse for us to be someone we are not to avoid getting more wounds in the future
True it can make us stronger. But if we avoid being wounded then we avoid living. Yes sometimes our wounds reopen but avoiding certain certain things to not be wounded again is like putting a wall up. It may or may not happen....sometimes its in our heads.
While we're avoiding being wounded again, life has other plans for us. We must face our wounds & move on. We must not let our past wounds affect our present moment.

Wounds heal but always leave scar. A constant reminder that we had been hurt in a way, but also something to be a guide for whatever choices we will do in the future.

Yes wounds can leave scars...they are a constant reminder of what we've been through. They are our inner battle scars that are permanately etched in our hearts. They guide us sometimes in unexpected ways.
Just be yourself! Someone will either like/hate you for whatever the reason. Change comes from within not what others say.
