Never knew Sinus infection cause vertigo...

so this is one additional information added to my bank of notes. I had a check up with my Ear-Nose-Throat specialist to check whether there is any connection to my vertigo or dizziness on Saturday. And the result was I've got a swelling in my nasal passage and my doctor explained that this is the cause of my dizziness - that I've got sinusitis problem so he prescribed some antibiotics and a nasal spray. My blood tests were all normal, sugar level is also normal, blood pressure is normal.

Has anyone out here ever experienced the same problem? dunno

The inner ear is related to balance/dizzyness.
It is connected to the sinus cavity. peace

No wonder my almost blackout on Saturday. The funny thing was the doctor that checked me up when I was hospitalised didn't suggest anything related to that after knowing that all my test came out normal. He told me I'm fine and that I must have been eating too much chocolate or bananaconfused I was not satisfied with his response so when I arrived home, I googled it. And then off I went to see the ENT specialist.frustrated

got one too....a vertigo....it does turn ur world around literally and im soooo scaredof it...even if i close my eyes...im still turning around...thats what i feel....sigh

I get sinus chronic sinusitis all the the time and the vertigo is scarey sometimes, nearly fell of the bike one day due to it and its even worse when you have gone to bed and your head is already on the pillow but it feels like your head is still going backwards....horrible sensation. The dizzy spells are not nice. You can also get a sore neck and shoulders from sinus.
