i am saying this because i have talked to them jus for the sake of knowing them.for instance i talked to a girl about the eurozone crisis and to my surprise she was blank and yes english is a hurdle for them to express.those who say the don't enjoy high living standards look at the plight of asians despite being more knowledgeable and i am not saying this because i consider myself one of them.

It does not matter where people live in the world they usually know what going on in the world. English is not the only language, I love trying to communicate with other speaking language.Hand singles and drawing are the way to go.

i have talked to few girls from eastern europe and believe me
most of them are just so dumb..!! they hardly know anything
about things happening in our world. recently i heard a german
politician saying that people from eastern europe enjoy high
living standards just because they are citizens of EU
countries.seems to be true..!!

They are not dumb.I can tell you my experiences with western mentality in general and specially women they do not know about other things in this world for simple reason,.....they are busy to make money(work) and after work they are busy to have a glass of wine(alone) and they do some sport and reading a new cooking book and then they sleep,and i can assure you most of them do not have TVs to WATCH news,events,and when they have,they may watch for 1 or 2 hour some silly programs to make them laugh .So my point is they are not dump they are selfish and do not care if someone die in front of their front door,they may call the police and complain about that dead person,why he die in their front door and not others!! Did you get my point now?

Dabbu, you talked to FEW and MOST OF THEM were dumb. How many are these FEW, and how many of them are MOST OF THEM? 3 and 2? Or 5 and 4?
