my divorce

its 15 years ago , but still remember every detail .
its a bit strange , but humans recall the bad moments and forget the nice ones.
i mean what really hurt us ,is never gone. stays there in a part of our mind and pops out regularly .
anyway, my divorce was an easy one process.
me and my ex had a common lawyer.lol.i left all i had except my clothes , my musical istruments and a small tv set , to her and to my kids.we had an enterprice , i quit my 50%. a car?? i gave it to her too.cash?? all for her and the youngs.
i remember our lawyer , after the representation of our divorce application in front of the court, claiming ,that this was the most civilized divorce among 200 cases , she had till then lol.what ab urs?????

She was the surprise one I went to the lawyers to organised all papers she got everything just took my laptop, £50 and some clothes, she tried for a week to keep me until (First time in my life), I rose my voice she could see in my eyes that I was serious, when my eyes turn from blue to green it means " beware"!!!
While I remember I lived 9 years with her...I can't recall her face in my mind or what we shared,, that about it! It seems that it never happened!!!

thanks for sharing Blue. I would count divorce as one of my biggest fears. Especially if there's a child involved. I know i'd be totally devastated if it happens to me. Making it official that you've broken up with a person you promised to share your life with, explaining it to children, property divisions. On that note, if my husband asks and presses for divorce, i won't take anything from his property. There are no consolation prizes for the hurt id feel knowing someone gave up on something you hold dear.

hi. needs guts and courage to break a marriage. kids is a problem , but my opinion is , that most of the times , a divorce is better than a tense situation in the family, watching mom and dad fighting etc.
law recommends that kids have to live with mother, so u will need money , ur ex has to provide ,for ur children raise .

I can work on my own to provide for a child. Maybe it's a pride thing.

I feel my deal would be if you wnat to help it's good, if you don't it's ok too. And i think taking everything from the father of your children, his house, his other properties, is just too inhumane? I won't ever want anyone homeless specially the father of my children.

the only reason many women try to get all their ex own is purely revenge. but on a civilized divorce , u can have a deal for a longterm financial support for ur kids at least.has nothing to do with pride.
