Rentenversicherung

Da ich hier einen Blog über die Rentenversicherung geschrieben habe, möchte ich darin gemachte Angaben korrigieren. Nach jetziger Auskunft sind eingezahlte Beiträge nicht pfändbar, sondern nur eine daraus entstehende Geldleistung. Eine Pfändung kann allerdings vorgemerkt und wirksam werden, wenn die Altersgrenze erreicht wird. Jedoch gibt es einen Freibetrag, der ebenfalls nicht pfändbar ist.

As I have written a blog about the pension, I would like to correct statements made. According to current information are contributions paid not subject to attachment, but a resulting cash. However, a seizure can be flagged and effective if the age limit is reached. However, there is an allowance which is also not subject to attachment."
