Oxygen plays a vital role in the body systems, making it possible for the brain, heart, lungs and other vital organs to efficiently function. Boosting the immune system and removal of toxic substances from the body are aided by oxygen taken into the blood through breathing.
Many diseases, in fact, are linked to insufficient levels of oxygen, hence the need to learn how tI breathe correctly.
Proper breathing is essential in sustaining life and actually enables us to think, feel and perform better.
Sad to say, very few people understand its importance in maintaining good health, in balancing our emotions and intellectual pursuits, and in absorbing resources from nature as well transforming negativities in our body into energy that can be used in self-healing and development.
To breath fully therefore is to live fully.

There are different factors that affect our breathing. During stressful situations, our sympathetic nervous system is stimulated and elicits a number of adverse physical responses. We perspire, our heart rate rises, and breathing becomes strained, rapid and shallow. Irregular breathing hampers the purification process in the body and cause waste products to remain in circulation.
Indigestions takes place, leaving tissues and organs undernourished. If improper oxygen consumption continues for a long period of time, this condition will ultimately lead to fatigue, inflammation, heightened anxiety states, high blood pressure and other manifestations of deteriorating health. Fortunately , proper breathing is something that can be developed through careful study and training.
I do like this Informations about breathing / Oxygen ...a way to good health and wellness.
