PHILIPPINES AT A GLANCE

A great day to all.
I would like to dedicated my blog today for all the Filipino's who happened to be a member's of CS also. Because I have a greater sympathy to Filipino people; and the country itself captivated my heart. I myself had a large connections with Filipino people
( Friends and Associates in Business.) I own my place in Philippines at Baguio City ( Aurora Hills.) I can understand a little of their language; but it becomes so funny once I speak, because of my accent.

PHILIPPINES AT GLANCE
Stretching 1,839 kms. North-to-South off the southeast coast of Asia, the Republic of the Philippines has a total land area of 300,000 sq.kms. A great day to you rose
TRANSPORTATION:
In Metro Manila, taxis, buses, jeepneys and a two-line Mass Transit System (LRT and Metrorail) provide public transport.
In certain areas like Binondo (Manila's Chinatown) and the old walled city of Intramuros, horse-drawn carriages or calesas ply short routes. International and local car rental companies provide chauffeured or self-driven limousine service. Large groups may hire medium-sized passenger vans or tourist coaches.

FOOD:
Filipino food may puzzle the first-time eater. Philippine history is largely responsible for this complex cuisine: on a matrix of native dishes akin to those in the rest of Southeast Asia, Chinese traders input their culinary culture, Spanish colonizers added touches of Castillan and Mexican cooking, and U.S. colonization brought in convenience and fast-food meals.
Eating in the Philippines can therefore be an outstanding experience at all budget levels.
In recent years, a profusion of restaurant has emerged, many catering to continental European or exotic Asian tastes.
There are some good Japanese Restaurants too, plus a smattering of Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and other cuisines

Well, I hope in my little basic informations about the Republic of the Philippines gives you a good insight of the country.
Thank You Very Much for reading it; have a great day to all.

Crys, can't truly say that I enjoyed the couple of days there as I only went to the hotel, and then again to the ninoy airport. Was extremely thankful for the air-conditioner in my room tho.grin handshake hug
Sounds like my kind of place. Nice and warm. The Filipinos that I know here in the Los Angeles area are all real nice people (I blogged about them earlier). And it seems like paradise to me.

I would like to go there, but I probably won't.I have too many ties to Southern California and the flight might be too much for me. I know I slept the few times I went to Hawaii because of looking down at miles and miles of ocean made me too paranoid!

But maybe I will!
Lukeon, yeah! I knew the feelings.
I admit I feel the same what you feel; if you are outside... I really cannot resist the polluted air of the big city; and the traffic... Wow!
But if you go somewhere far away from the city... Specially if you are a nature lover.... Wow! It's really great too. The mountains and the emerald green ocean... The white sands... It's Splended. Thanks Sir Lukeon.

Yours,
Crystal

It's always been red alert here in Japan in different area nor prefectures. I am proud Filipina, whatever the adversities the Philippines are facing. Such is life. There is no place like home.
Hello Shay,

I hope, I am correct of addressing your name. It's been a long time since you never visited my blog.
How are you my dear young lady?
I hope everything was fine on you.
You've perfectly been said it! You should be PROUD to be a FILIPINA; doing your profession nor job decently with dignity and honor. My support is with you all. Because I knew exactly the feelings... Being treated not so nice (Internationally, most of my friend from Philippines told me so...) but you must chin-up! I believed that if they can do it! The Filipinos can do it much better.
So, my dear lady; BE THE BEST OF WHATEVER YOU ARE.
God Bless You Always.
Thanks you very much for the visit. See you around next time.
Till then, pretty lady.

Best Regards,
Crystal
