But I made it 8th Habits of Highly Effective People
1st BE PROACTIVE
Life doesn't happen as it is.
It is how you make your life; in any situation comes, your decissions is always be yours.
You can control your decissions
and you will be responsible to it.
2nd BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
Personal Mission Statement.
What is your main purpose,
What do you really want / like.
It will project the way you manage your own life. It will brings you to your real destiny; and achieving your goal.
3rd PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST
Start the day, work or projects base upon the direction of way you wanted. Make plans, prioritize
first your daily responsibilities base upon the informations not because it will be done immediately. Disregards the things which cannot help with your plans...
4th THINK WIN-WIN
This thinking is not being kind.
But it is an active thinking for all parties...Who can get benefits.
Your relationship with people, this is how you think that everybody can get the knowledge of satisfaction by being involved to you ( company / businesses ).
A person who has Win-Win attitude has : Integrity to stay in your real feelings, character and promises.
The ability to expressed your own ideas with trustworthy and considerations to the feelings of others.
Believed in the benefit of every individual.
5th SEEK FIRST TO UNDERDTAND, THEN BE UNDERSTOOD
Most of us wished to be understand by others. But in doing so, we forgot to think the other party. Secondly, if we are in other party, mostly our intentions in listening is to answer not to understand. Learned to understand others.
Be broadminded, try to understand first others; before thinking of best response / reply .
In this way, there is respect,concerned and positive decissions.

7th SHARPEN THE SAW
Even how expert the carpenter is-
if his saw is not sharp; the work will takes time / the time will be wasted.
Here is to strengthen your self-esteem. If you possess a balance in your aspects of life ( physical,
social / emotional, mental and spiritual ). It will be easy for you to do what you want to do.
8th FIND YOUR VOICE AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO FIND THEIRS
Being effective person is finding your own voice ; and your position in society.
But a truly effective person, never stop being effective in his / her own life. He / she needs to help others too to become effective in society.
Having a contribution to the society brings people effectivity and greatfulness.

It's my honored having you around today.
I am so much glad that you do like the 5th habits for Highly Effective Person. Since this is really frequently used in your kind of Profession. But of course, this is really necessary in general not only in words but in applications in our daily living. It is a matter of give and take relationship too.
As you perfectly said... patience; but not everybody possessed that kind of attitude; it is also a case to case basis Sir.

I totally agree with you,for in matters of priority, God always comes first. Instead we ought to say,"If it is the Lord's will,we will live and do this or that."(James 4:15).
For many are the plans in a man's heart,but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails (Proverbs 19:21).
