its the males that have the big oolourfull tails , the people next door had 2 of them ...hug hug

and the next year we were there , the birds died from a cold snap with 6 inches of snow over night , right in the middle of summer .....crying

Simmo, my father was a MErchant MArine...he told us that when Merchant MArines died that they turned into seagulls so they could always be near the sea!!!conversing teddybear

No I didn't know they could fly, but they aren't wild around here.
I guess they have their wings clipped in the wildlife parks and zoo's, this or they are too institutionalized.
yes I must say . Back in the 30 - 40 s in San Diego California Grandmother and other peeps in the Family had the with Ducks & gees . ons in Captivity Cant fly they clip the wings . but you did see them in flight snakes too .
