Courage. Forza!
Courageis? What is courage? Some say that it’s a quality of the mind and spirit that has the power to overcome danger, pain or hardship. Regardless of your definition of courage, one thing is for certain… it comes in many forms:
•A girl standing up for a classmate as the rest of the class ridicules him—even if by doing so, she risks receiving the same treatment.
•A man rushing into a fiery wreck to rescue perfect strangers at the cost of burns that may scar him for life.
•A woman stretched across the thin ice of a river, arms straining to rescue someone else's dog.
Stories like these are all around us. They may be ours, a family member's or a friend's. Wherever they come from, they carry at the heart of them, inspirational messages that are worth sharing, so that maybe one day others can draw their own inspiration from them. These are the stories that help us understand who we are and appreciate what we have. They enable us to put life in perspective and they can help guide us the next time we face a challenge - big or small.
I'd like to use this space to share your stories of courage—to help someone (and me) through rough times.
This is where we start the positive discussions.

Endurance is the inward strength to withstand stress and do my best (Character First!)
Hmmm nice list so far. Endurance I like. Reminds me of the 'hang in there kitty' pix ;-)
courage without wisdom is dangerous.
And sometime courage is confussed with stupidity.
You need a lot of courage to be yourself.
This is the ultimate courage.
Courage is noble, but sometimes compares well with stupidity. Bravery can sometimes be another form of stupidity, when two people die instead of one.
But yes, I do admire that kind of stupidity. So unselfish.
Too many stories like this of the un sung heroes
So I think courage is to just keep on going without hope and without things getting you down and just keep holding out and keeping on
but do not forget that even if life is hard, and sometimes unfair, is the only one we have... so we have to enjoy it.
So it is up to us if we just go on ore realy have fun.
Sounds selfish ... but we borned allone and nacked and we will die allone and nacked too.
Our whole is loneliness, but we do not accept it and do our best to avoid it.
Who has the courage to accept the loneliness?
The example you refered is someway this kind of courage...
going your way allone.
But many live in fear of alone or seek supernatural parents
Adult is tough but a less illusory path.
Courage is to face adversity
Courage is to fight against great odds knowing you will lose
Courage is to feel fear and surmount it
Courage is to face the truth
Courage is to go against public opinion
Courage is to admit wrong doing
Courage is to contact someone on CS in spite of rejection
I agree with you, I thought the other blog was just abit of a prank but not so sure now
