Online Profile names

As I continue to interact and get to know you wonderful people on the blogs I wonder and would like to know what(if anything) your online profile names means at least to you.

My profile name is Bajanshay -
Bajan is a nickname for Barbadian which is my nationality (people from the other Caribbean islands usually call us this or Baje)
Shay is a nickname my first name is Sharon.

Hope you all share as I am definitely curious about more than a few names here!

Hi Bajan,

Used the name of a prisoner from the Bastille who gave himself a air of nobility with the particle "De" after the revolution of 1789.
No particular meaning.

Welela is a name I took a lot of years back, because someone told me it was the Cherokee name for hummingbird. Later I heard that it is really Walela,the Cherokee way, but did not change mine. This name means a lot to me and I do have a hummingbird tattooed on my right leg, and a wolf's head on my left. I'm Welela,but my real name is something completely different.

Back then when he called me that (I was 20 at the time) I was a litle annoyed. Not much though. Today when I look back over the years I think he described me as accurate as possible in one word.
