thank you. . this is only a reflection
i am in no dire straits
in fact i am in transforming process
but the funny thing now is lately
with my high blood pressure medication
and exercise these few days
its staying high. . 150/70, 160,80
and now.150/95
i would be going to the doctor in the noon to find out,
