Being from Colorado, yes, I would certainly believe this phenomena happening in Fruita!

Here's another laugher. I don't remember where anymore, but the pantless dude could also be the one FROM!!!!! Yep, Colorado. A cowboy that wears skirts along with the cowboy boots, a Stetson and a gun!
