To my fellow bloggers I wish you for high.health and sanity in this crazy world.I am in the midst of clearing my stuffs in my workplace in case the new incoming company.do not wish to continue my contribution....
that's why I've not been seen,or heard....
come March I hope to be back.here and poetry corner.... in this brief time I just like to share what's bugging me lately...
I've been planing to join the health profession and my long time goal is to be a body builder and one day meet either Stallone or Hulk Hogan if God permit....
which brings me to the point... lately I be read sport people being banned because the medicine or food supplement has those banned substances!! "
where is the sense of justice or logic behind these actions? it's not like they are like pro drug user like neilnarmsrong.... it's found to be in their food/drinks and medication.....where is the relevant sport bodies that is suppose to fightnfor them or give support????
instead they go on the offensive and rid them or worst banned, kick them out and putting all the blame on those souls.
i am talking about those who international ly use them.... these women and men spent time,money and enormous emotion to be in the contest. it's not fair to put the blame and accusation like a scapegoat !
what are the specialist doctor for..? body building,track and field, swimming and lots more....
if it's banned then why sport supplement having and selling them bluntly?
I dare not taking supplement or medicine in fear of infringing on my goal of one day entering the contest. it's sad.it is not fair.

Actually for all of those sports where some glory comes with being first ,
What goes on in the mind of those people . What do they contribute to others.
A nice well developed body that is natural is a beautiful sight. But an artificially pumped up body is gross , and then when they age and it all sags , look at Schwarzenegger now , he's a flabby old unattractive man. Jmo.
So tell me why?
Btw, did you mean Lance Armstrong the druggie cyclist or Neil Armstrong who landed on the moon ?

I understand your opinion on the subject. As you say, Why the specialist doctors? Why are the supplements even available or sold?

there is this feeling of goodness and bound of energies of good vibes deep inside
physically you are like Superman,
and you get those jealous looks from men and desirable looks from some women
ta ts only about body builder....
war about the other sports ,it gives you a boost and edge like swimming, wrestling, martial arts ...etc
plus you get sick less !!!!

also recently the president of a body building association admit selling jabs for 90 Singapore dollars each!! so brazen in a off manner of fact
I believe in my body and Jesus and I want yo be a role model when that time come 2016 or earlier which ever comes first... thank you so much
